IMPORTANT NOTICE TO BIDDERS:
This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number EP067-161339/A dated December 4, 2015 with a closing date of January 14, 2016 at 2:00PM. 

PROJECT IDENTIFICATION:

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Construction Management Services. 

Work is to be completed within 4.5 months after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the followingcategory: Above $5,000,000.00.

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
This procurement containsa mandatorysecurity requirement. At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS). Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and nofurther consideration will be given to the Bid. 

OPTIONAL SITEVISIT:  
There will be a site visit on Thursday, February 11, 2016 at 10:00AM. Interested bidders are to meet at the Louis St-Laurent Building, 555 Boul. de la Carrière, Gatineau, QC. All Contractors will be required to sign-in at the back entrance, andtherefore must bring a piece of photo ID with them. There are no safety attire requirements for the site visit.
