PROJECT DESCRIPTION:   	Health and Safety Slope Stabilization,
Parliament Hill, 111 						Wellington Street, Ottawa, Ontario

Work is to be completed within thirteen (13) weeks after
contract award. 


MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
   
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement.  At
bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated
Organization Screening (DOS).  Failure to comply with this
requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further
consideration will be given to the Bid. 

MANDATORY SITE VISIT: 
 
There will be a site visit on August 13, 2012 at 10:00 a.m.. 
Interested bidders shall meet at the Bytown Museum, 1 Canal
Lane, Ottawa, Ontario.

The site visit for this project is MANDATORY.  The
representative of the bidder will be required to sign the Site
Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by
Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be
accepted.
