PROJECT IDENTIFICATION: Project R.011954.101 Project description: BASE BUILDING UPGRADES, 79 Sparks Street, Ottawa, ON Work is to be completed within sixteen (16) weeks after contract award. MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT: This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Facility Security Clearance (FSC) at level of SECRET. Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid. OPTIONAL SITE VISIT: There will be a site visit on May 1, 2013 at 10:00am. Interested bidders shall meet at the entrance of 11 Metcalf Street, Ottawa, ON. Please Note: The names of each individual attending the site visit, their date of birth, along with the name of the firm they represent, must be provided to the Contracting Officer within 48 hrs prior to the site visit (15:30pm, April 29, 2013 in order to gain access to the site.
