Work is to be completed within thirteen (13) weeks after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $1,000,0001 to $5,000,000

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
 
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement.  At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Facility Security Clearance (FSC) at the level of SECRET.  Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid. 

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  

There will be a site visit on December 8, 2017 at 10:00 am.  Interested bidders shall meet at the Commissionaires desk at L’Esplanade Laurier, 140 O’Connor Street, Ottawa, Ontario.
