PROJECT IDENTIFICATION: 
Cliff Central Heating and Cooling Plant, 347 Wellington Street,
Ottawa, Ontario. Project no. R.068890.003, R.072285.002,
R.072286.002, R067628.002, R.072284.002.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Construction Management Services to address operational
deficiencies at the Cliff Central Heating and Cooling Plant
located at 1 Fleet Street, Ottawa, Ontario. This mandate will
address the existing operational deficiencies related to the
Central Heating and Cooling Plant and tunnel system. The work
will include but not be limited to the following areas:
mechanical, electrical, structural, and architectural. This
project requires industrial construction and industrial
commissioning. The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to
engage the services of a Construction Manager in order to carry
out the work and to accelerate the Project delivery

The full scope of  Work services sre to be completed within
thirty two (32) weeks after contract award. The estimated cost
for this opportunity is within the following category:
$1,000,001.00 - $5,000,000.00

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:   
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. At
bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Facility Security
Clearance at level of SECRET. Failure to comply with this
requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further
consideration will be given to the Bid. 

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  
There will be a site visit on December 02, 2014 at 10:00 a.m..
Interested bidders are to meet at the Cliff Central Heating and
Cooling Plant, 1 Fleet Street, Ottawa, Ontario.

It is mandatory that all persons attending the site visit have
the proper safety attire. Footwear, hard hats, glasses and vests
are required. Individuals who do not have the proper safety
attire will be denied access to the site.
