    PROJECT IDENTIFICATION:  
    Helo Expansion of Transport Canada Training Center, 20 Airbus
    Private, MacDonald-Cartier Airport, Ottawa, Ontario. Project No.
    R.058567.002	
    
    PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
    This project consists of an extension of the existing training
    facility with the construction of a new helicopter flight
    simulator hall and two new classrooms. This project also
    requires site development work, including modifications to the
    existing underground services and demolition of a vacant
    building.
    
    Work is to be completed within forty five (45) weeks after
    contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is
    within the following category: Above $5,000,000.00
    
    MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
    This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. At
    bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated
    Organization Screening (DOS). Failure to comply with this
    requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further
    consideration will be given to the Bid. 
    
    OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  
    There will be a site visit on September 15, 2015 at 10:00 am..
    Interested bidders shall meet at 200 Comet Private, MacDonald
    Cartier Airport, Ottawa, ON.
