PROJECT IDENTIFICATION: R.008710.002, Willson House Food Preparation Area, 654 Meech Lake Rd., Chelsea, Quebec Project description: Renovation of the food preparation area of the Heritage designated Willson House to upgrade the finishes, millwork, equipment, as well as upgrades to the mechanical and electrical systems Work is to be completed within [28] weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer, however, no work may begin on site until January 26, 2013. MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT: This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS). Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid. OPTIONAL SITE VISIT: There will be a site visit on August 27 2012 at 10:00 A.M. Interested bidders shall meet at parking lot of Willson House, 654 Meech Lake Rd., Chelsea, Quebec.
