    PROJECT IDENTIFICATION:  R. 011832.001.  Request for Standing
    Offer (RFSO) for General Electrical Services.
    
    PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  Public Works and Government Services
    Canada wants to establish one Standing Offer (SO) for a
    qualified Contractor to provide general electrical services to
    be carried out in the following PWGSC owned buildings: Sir
    Leonard Tilley Building (including Module E), Insurance
    Building, Edward Drake Building (including Module F), Private
    Branch Exchange Building, and Federal Studies Centre.  The
    Contractor will be responsible to supply all material and labour.
    
    Standing Offer Validity:  This SO will be valid for an initial
    of one (1) year period, with the possibility to extend by an
    additional two (2) one (1) year option periods.  Expenditure
    through this SO is estimated between $100,000.01 and
    $250,000.00.  
    
    MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:   
    This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement.  At
    bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Facility Security
    Clearance at the level of SECRET.  Failure to comply with this
    requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further
    consideration will be given to the bid.
