PROJECT IDENTIFICATION:  R.054434.002, Stand Alone Heating
Plant, Sir William Logan, 580 and 588 Booth Street, Ottawa,
Ontario.

Project description:    
Installation of steam boilers to service both 580 and 588 Booth
Street with associated piping, venting and concrete pad for
natural gas.

Work is to be completed within forty six (46) weeks after
contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is
within the following category: $1,000,0001 and $5,000,000. 

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:   
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement.  At
bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid [Designated
Organization Screening (DOS).  Failure to comply with this
requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further
consideration will be given to the Bid. 

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  
There will be an optional site visit on August 6th, 2014 at
10:00am.  Interested bidders shall meet at Sir William Logan,
588 Booth Street, Ottawa, Ontario.

Safety Attire - It is mandatory that all persons attending the
site visit have the proper safety footwear (CSA approved green
patch). Contractor personnel/individuals who do not have the
proper safety attire will be denied access to the site.

Enquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no
less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to
