Exterior Cladding Repair  
Booth Complex, 580 Booth Street, Ottawa, Ontario. 

Project description:   
Exterior cladding repairs to four sides of a multi storey building. Work will consists of removing  existing and replacing with new mullion caps, gasketing, sealant and window flashing.

Work is to be completed within sixty Weeks (60) after contract award. The estimated cost forthis opportunity is within the following category: $1,000,001 and $5,000,000. 

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:   
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement.  At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS).  Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid. 

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  
There will be a site visit on August 11th, 2016 at 10:00am.  Interested bidders are to meet in front of the Securitylobby at 580 Booth Street, Booth Complex,  Ottawa, Ontario. 

Safety attire: No health and safety protection is required for this visit.
