PROJECT IDENTIFICATION:  EP760-162606/A, R.011948.099, 2ND FLOOR CEILING REPAIRS, SLATER BUILDING, 181 SLATER STREET, OTTAWA, ON 

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:    
The scope of this project is to reinstall the entire ceiling of the 2nd floor of the Slater Building

Work is to be completed within eight (8) weeks after contract award.   

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement.  At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS).  Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid. 

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  
There will be a site visit on May 4, 2016 at 10:00am.  Interested bidders shall meet at the main entrance of the Dover Building,185 Sparks Street, Ottawa, Ontario.

Bidders must allow extra time to sign in at the main entrance of the Building.

Safety Attire - It is recommended that all persons attending the site visit have the proper safety footwear (CSA approved green patch). Hard hats are also required.
