PROJECT IDENTIFICATION:  EH901-170146/A, R.053600.008, PARKING GARAGE RAMP REPAIRS, John G. Diefenbaker Building, 111 Sussex Drive, Ottawa, Ontario

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:    
To replace existing outside ramp complete with a  new heating  glycol systemand its controls, new concrete curb and to remove/reconstruct new concrete retaining wall.  

Work is to be completed within twelve (12) weeks after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $1,000,001 and $5,000,000.  

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:   
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement.  At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS).  Failure to comply with this requirement will renderthe Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid. 

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  
There will be a site visit on June 21, 2016, at 10:00am.  Interested bidders shall meet in front of the John G. Diefenbaker Building, 111 Sussex Drive, Ottawa, Ontario.

Safety Attire - It is suggested that all persons attending the site visit have the proper safety footwear (CSA approved green patch).
