    PROJECT IDENTIFICATION:   
    Project # R.079144.001. Fuel Tank Replacement, Justice Building, 249 Wellington Ottawa ON.   
    
    PROJECT DESCRIPTION: 
    The Justice Building emergency diesel generator for back-up power supply need replacement of the diesel fuel storage tank with a new code compliant system for a 12 hours operation.
    
    Work is to be completed within seven (7) weeks after contract award. 
    
    MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
    This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. The Contractor personnel requiring access to secure work site(s) must, at all times during the performance of the Contract, EACH hold a valid SITE ACCESS Clearance, granted or approved by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid. 
    
    OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:
    There will be a site visit on December 13, 2016 at 10:00 AM. Interested bidders are to meet at Justice Building Loading Dock 249 Wellington Street Ottawa ON.
    
    Please Note: The names of each individual attending the site visit, their date of birth along with the names of the firm they represent, must be provided to theContracting Officer by 2:00PM December 09th, 2016 in order to gain access to the site.
