    PROJECT IDENTIFICATION: R.082876.201 Animal Breeding Building (ABB), Deconstruction and Greenfield, 100 Chardon Driveway Tunney’s Pasture, Ottawa Ontario 
    
    Project description: The project is the demolition of the Animal Breeding Building (ABB) located on the Tunney’s Pasture campus, and return the 1.1 acre site to a ‘Greenfield’ that can be easily developed in the future. The demolition phase includes the abatement of designated substances and building related contamination, the deconstruction of the interiors including all mechanical and electrical systems, followed by removal of non-structural building envelope elements, and finally demolition of the remaining concrete structure including waste management at all stages.  Demolition phase completion will be followed by construction of the Greenfield over the entire site.
    
    Work is to be completed within thirty three (33) weeks after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category $1,000,001 to $5,000,000   
    
    
    MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:

    OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:
    There will be a site visit on October 18 2017, 1:30 PM interested bidders shall meet at the Loading Dock of the Animal Breeding Building 100 Chardon Driveway Tunney’s Pasture Ottawa Ontario.
