    PROJECT IDENTIFICATION:  R.011489.002, Fire Alarm System
    Replacement, 125 Sussex Drive, Ottawa, Ontario, K1A 0S5 
    
    Project description:    This is the replacement of the fire
    alarm and sprinkler systems for the Lester B. Pearson Building.
    
    Work is to be completed within one hundred and ten (110) weeks
    after contract award. 
    
    MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:   
    This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement.  At
    bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Facility Security
    Clearance and the level of SECRET. Failure to comply with this
    requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further
    consideration will be given to the Bid. 
    
    OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  
    There will be a site visit on June 26 2013 at 10:00 a.m. 
    Interested bidders shall meet at the Main Garage Entrance,
    Commissionnaires Desk, at the back of the Lester B. Pearson
    Building 125 Sussex Drive, Ottawa, Ontario.

    Enquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no

    Amendments, when issued, will be available from the same
