PROJECT IDENTIFICATION:   Project No.:  M10138 - CFIA - Mechanical Main Chiller Water Piping Replacement, 3851 Fallowfield Road, Ottawa, Ontario.

Project description:    Work comprises of mechanical work for the replacement of the main chilled water piping leaving the cooling plant underground and throughout the main building.

Work is to be completed in accordance with Section 01 00 10, “Article 26 Implementation Restrictions” of the specifications, from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $1,000,001 and $5,000,000.

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
 
There is no document security applicable to this Contract.

MANDATORY SITE VISIT:  

There will be a site visit on January 6, 2016 at 10:00 a.m.  Interested bidders shall meet at the 3851 Fallowfield Road, Ottawa, Ontario.

The site visit for this project is MANDATORY.  The representative of the bidder will be required to sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be accepted.

Safety Attire - It is mandatory that all persons attending the site visit have the proper hard hats.  Contractor personnel/individuals who do not have the proper safety attire may be denied access to the site.
