    PROJECT IDENTIFICATION:   M10139/Construction Upgrade Electrical System, 3851 Fallowfield Road, Ottawa,Ontario, K2H 8P9
    
    Project description: The project involves 2 phases of work. The intent of phase 1 is to replace the obsolete controls for the main-tie-main breakers in the emergency switchgear and also the existing
    outdated generator controls. The intent of phase 2 is to replace the 13.8kV primary
    switchgear and the 2000KVA substations, followed by several PDU's.
    
    Work is to be completed within fifty-eight (58) weeks after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $1,000,00.001- $5,000,000.00.
    
    MANDATORY SITE VISIT:  
    
    There will be a site visit on May 12, 2016 at 10h00 a.m.  Interested bidders shall meet at 3851 Fallowfield Road, Ottawa, Ontario, K2H 8P9.
    
    The site visit  for this project is MANDATORY.  The representative of the bidder will be required to sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be accepted.
    
    Safety Attire - It is mandatory that all persons attending the site visit have a hard hat.  Bidders representatives who do not have the proper safety attire may be denied access to the site.
