PROJECT IDENTIFICATION:   (R.045645.001/Tunney’s Chillers 1 & 2 / Tunney’s Pasture Central Heating and Cooling Plant, 50 Chardon Driveway, Ottawa.) 

Project description:    Replacement of exisiting aging steam driven Chillers 1 and 2, with new electric chillers.

Work is to be completed within forty-two (42) weeks after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $5,000,001 and up.  


MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
 
This procurement containsa mandatory security requirement.  At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid RELIABILITY STATUS clearance.  Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid. 

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  

There will be a site visit on August 16, 2016 at 10h00 am. Interested bidders shall meet at the Tunney’s Pasture Central Heating and Cooling Plant, 50 Chardon Driveway, Ottawa. Shipping and Receiving Entrance.

Safety Attire: It is mandatory that all persons attending the site visit have the proper safety footwear (CSA approved green patch). Bidders’ personnel/individuals who do not have the proper safety attire may be denied access to the site.
