Project description:
- Supply and install approx. 1,500 metres new 305mm/406mm and 200 metres new 152mm/203mm PVC DR18 watermain piping and components to upgrade existing private watermain system.
- Supply and install new underground water booster pump station (approx. 11m L X 8m W X 3m H), including all necessary structural, mechanical and electrical components.
- Supply and install one (1) R-4 meter chamber and 254mm fire meter assembly.
- Supply and install approx. 85metres new 750mm and 155 metres new 600mm concrete storm sewermain piping and components to upgrade existing private sewermain system.
- Supply and install approx. 305 metres new 375mm - 525mm PVC DR35 storm sewermain piping and components to upgrade existing private sewermain system.
- Supply and install approx. 210 metres new 203-254mm PVC DR35 new sanitary service piping and components to upgrade existing private sewermain system.

Work is to be completed within 44 weeks after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $5M or more. 

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS). Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and nofurther consideration will be given to the Bid. Also, the Contractor/Offerer personnel requiring access to sensitive work site(s) must each hold a Reliability Status granted or approved by CISD/PWGSC.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at 1 Haanel Drive, Ottawa, Ontario on Thursday July 20, 2017. The site visit will begin at 10:00 a.m. (EDT) at the guardhouse of the main vehicle/site entrance. Parking will be available.
