Project description:
Relining an existing underground 1350 mm dia. pipe with a cure in place pipe and injection of pressure grouting around the pipe in the surrounding soil.

Work is to be completed within 8 weeks after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $500,001.00 to $1M. 

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS). Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid. Also, the Contractor/Offerer personnel requiring access to sensitive work site(s) must each hold a Reliability Status granted or approved by CISD/PWGSC. 

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  
There will be a site visit on Thursday December 7, 2017 at 10:00 am. Interested bidders are to meet at 1 Fleet Street, Ottawa (Cliff Heating and Cooling Plant).

Safety Attire - It is mandatory that all persons attending the site visit have the proper personal protection equipment (footwear and hard hats). Contractor`s personnel/individuals who do not have the proper safety attire may be denied access to the site.
