PROJECT IDENTIFICATION:   R.074628.002 - SIPOREX PANELS AND ROOFING AT CONFEDERATION HEIGHTS CENTRAL HEATING & COOLING PLANT - 501 HERON ROAD 

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:    

This construction work consists of repairs to the concrete panels and new roofing atthe Confederation Heights Plant located at 501 Heron Road, Ottawa, Ontario.

Work is to be completed within 12 weeks after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $100,000 - $500,000.  

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
 
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement.  At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS).  Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and nofurther consideration will be given to the Bid. 


OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  

There will be a site visit on October 11, 2016 at 10:00 am.  Interested bidders shall meet at the Confederation Heights Central Heat and Cooling Plant, 501 Heron Road, Ottawa, ON.

Safety Attire - It is mandatory that all persons attending the site visit have the proper safety footwear (CSA approved green patch). Hard hats and safety glasses are also required.  Contractor personnel/individuals who do not have the proper safety attire will be denied access to the site.
