This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number EP067-171116/A dated August 10, 2016 with a closing date of September 22, 2016 at 2:00 pm. 


PROJECT IDENTIFICATION:  Boilers Replacement, Salaberry Armoury, 188 Alexandre-Taché, Gatineau, Québec.  

Project description:    This project involves the removal of two existing boilers at the Salaberry Armoury, and the procurement and installationof two new boilers.

Work is to be completed within Twelve (12) weeks after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $250,001 to $500,000.

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
 
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement.  At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS).  Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid. 

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  

There will be a site visit on November 24, 2016 at 10:00 a.m.. Interested bidders are to meet at 188 Alexandre-Taché, Gatineau, Québec.

Safety Attire:  It is mandatory that all persons attending the site visit have the proper safety footwear (CSA approved green patch) and hard hats.  Contractor personnel/individuals who do not have the proper safety attire may be denied access to the site.

All potentialBidders that will attend the site visit requires a picture ID.
