Project description:    This building is a Classified Federal Heritage Building. The project includes repairs and replacement of wood storm window sashes using traditional materials and methods, as well as in-situ repairs to wood window frames. The project also includes replacement of a section of damaged copper roofing and the supply and installation of new ice guards.

Work is to be completed within ten (10) weeks after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $100,000 to $250,000

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
 
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement.  At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS).  Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid. 

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  

There will be a site visit on Thursday December 21, 2017 at 10AM.  Interested bidders shall meet outside the main entrance at the Cartier Drill Hall at 2 Queen Elizabeth Drive, Ottawa, Ontario.
