Project description:  The scope of work consist to replace of portion Parking #850 asphalt at Cliff Heating and Cooling Plant.

Work is to be completed within 20 weeks after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $100 001 to $500 000.

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
 
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Facility Security Clearance (FSC) at the level of RELIABILITY.  Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid. 

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  

There will be an optional site visit on June 18, 2019 at 10:00 am (EDT).  All Interested bidders are to meet at 301 Wellington Street, Ottawa, Ontario (Supreme Court of Canada).
