    This procurement consists of a two-envelope Invitation to Tender (ITT) bidding process. Refer to the Invitation to Tender documents for details.
    
    PROJECT IDENTIFICATION:  Canadian Food Inspection Agency Small Animal Colony
    3851 Fallowfield Rd. Ottawa, Ontario
    
    PROJECT DESCRIPTION:   Demolition, replacement and renewal of existing surfaces within the animal holding area’s at the Canadian Food Inspection Agency’s Ottawa laboratory.
    
    Work is to be completed within Fifty two (52) weeks after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category:

    MANDATORY SITE VISIT: 
     
    There will be a site visit on December 5, 2019 at 10am.  Interested bidders shall meet 3851Fallowfield Rd. Ottawa, Ontario
    
    The site visit for this project is MANDATORY.  The representative of the bidder will be required to sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be accepted.
