    PROJECT DESCRIPTION

    MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT
    
    This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement.  At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS). Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid.
    
    
    OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
    
    1. There will be a site visit on [date] at [time]. Interested bidders are to meet at the main security desk at 2100 Walkley Street, Ottawa, ON.
    
    2. During the site visit, all persons must wear a non-medical face covering at all times and should maintain a minimum physical distance of two metres from others whenever possible. 
    
    3. COVID-19 Screening Questionnaire: All the individuals attending the site visit must provide to Canada a completed and signed copy of Annex D - Screening Questionnaire. If the individual's answer to any of the screening questions is "yes", the individual will not be permitted to participate in the site visit.
