Trade Agreement: WTO-AGP/NAFTA/AIT/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Integrated Pest Management at Parliament Precinct Branch EN463-162092/A Requirement To provide all labour, materials, and equipment necessary to provide Integrated Pest Management Services including monitoring, trapping, pesticide application, and pest removal at Parliamentary Precinct Branch located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. The work is to be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work at Annex A. Emergency and On Call Services The contractor must be available to respond to emergency service calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is required to be on-site within three (3) hours of notification. Following an emergency service call, the contractor must confirm the completion of work and provide a detailed service report to theTechnical Authority. Period of Contract The period of any resulting Contract will be for a period of five (5) years. Security Requirement 1. The Contractor must, at all times during the performance of the Contract, hold a valid Facility Security Clearance at the level of SECRET, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). 2. The Contractor personnel requiring access to sensitive work site(s) must EACH hold a valid personnel security screening at the level of SECRET, granted or approved by CISD/PWGSC. 3. Subcontracts which contain security requirements are NOT to be awarded without the prior written permission of CISD/PWGSC. 4. The Contractor must comply with the provisions of the: (a) Security Requirements Check List and security guide (if applicable), attached at Annex D. (b) Industrial Security Manual (Latest Edition). Basis of selection A bid must comply with the requirements of the bidsolicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
