HVAC Maintenance 

To provide for a period of 5 years, all maintenance services on heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), commercial refrigeration and related mechanical equipment at Food Production Facility,  1170 Algoma Road, Ottawa, Ontario, in accordance with PWGSC Scope of Work 8M3-0926-2 attached herein as Annex A.

Mandatory Site Visit
It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at 1170 Algoma Road on 19 February 2016. The site visit will begin at 10:00 EST, in the main entrance.

Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later then 15 February 2016 at 16:00 EST to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of theperson(s) who will attend.  Bidders will be required to sign an attendance sheet.  Bidders should confirm in their bid that they have attended the site visit.  Bidders who do not attend the mandatory site visit or do not send a representative will not begiven an alternative appointment and their bid will be declared non-respnsive.  Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.

It is mandatory that biddersprovide and wear safety boots for the site visit.  Bidders who do not comply will not be permitted to attend the site visit.
