Trade Agreement: WTO-AGP/NAFTA/AIT/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Property & Facility Management and Minor Project Management Services. An amendment is raised 1/to modify Insurance Requirements; 2/ to update the target dates of key activities (RFP Section1.9 Planning Schedule Overview) and 3/to limit the liability. Project Description: To provide Property and Facility Management Services, Project Delivery Services and other related Optional Services at the High Commission of Canada in the United Kingdom and Canada House, London, United Kingdom. Therequirement is for a fixed 4 year (48 month)contract term and the possibility of up to a further one (1)year irrevocable option. all questions must be submitted in writng to the Contracting Authority at hakim.ghoumrassi@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
