Maintenance Services - HVAC Systems

An amendment is raised to answer a bidder's question.

Requirement
To provide maintenance services on heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), commercial refrigeration andboiler equipment, including all necessary tools, services, materials, travel and  labour onequipment in accordance with the Statement of Work attached herein as Annex A. 
This requirement is for Public Services and Procurement (PSP) located at DND Connaught 
Range P.T.C, 4 Snider Blvd,Ottawa, ON.

Period of theContract
The period of any resulting Contract will be for five (5) years.

Security Requirement 
At the date of bid closing, the following conditions must be met:
1.  The Contractor must, at all times during the performance of the Contract, hold a valid Facility Security Clearance at the level of SECRET.
2.  The Contractor personnel requiring access to sensitive work site(s) must EACH hold a valid personnel security screening at the level of SECRET.

Basis of Selection
The Crown will issue a contract to the Bidder meeting all mandatory criteria and with the lowest evaluated price.
