Maintenance Services - HVAC Systems

An amendment posted to answer Bidder's questions and to update the financial bid.

Requirement
To provide maintenance services on heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), commercial refrigeration and boiler equipment, including all necessary tools, services, materials, travel and  labour on  equipment in accordance with the Statement of Work attached herein as Annex A. 
This requirement is for Public Services and Procurement (PSP) located at 79 Prince ofWhales; 158 Gloucester Street;149 Somerset Street, Ottawa, Ontario; and at 188 BlvdTaché, Gatineau, Gatineau, Quebec


Period of the Contract
The period of any resulting Contract will be for five (5) years.

Security Requirement 
At the date of bid closing, the following conditions must be met:
The Contractor must, at all times during the performanceof the Contract, hold a valid Facility Security Clearance at the level of SECRET.
The Contractor personnel requiring access to sensitive work site(s) must EACH hold a valid personnel security screening at the level of SECRET.

Basis of Selection
TheCrown willissue a contract to the Bidder meeting all mandatory criteria and with the lowest evaluated price.
