    Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement for a Contractor to provide HVAC maintenance services at the Shirley's Bay Complex at 3701 Carling Avenue, Ottawa, Ontario, to ensure the integrity and performance of the systems as indicated in the scope of work.
    
    The contract will be valid for a period of 5 years.
    
    This procurement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP).
    
    There is an optional bidders site visit associated with this requirement where personnel security screening is required prior to gaining access to PROTECTED information, assets or sites. Consult Part 2 - Bidder Instructions.
