DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT:

The Parliamentary Precinct Branchof Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a requirement for real property project management services.  The successful Contractor will assist PWGSC in managing the planning, design and implementation for the Parliamentary Precinct WestSector Area Program.

This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirements of PWGSC for Task and Solutions Based Professional Services.  It is intended to result in the award of one contract for four (4) years, plus two s


eparate irrevocable options of three (3) years and six (6) years respectively allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.  


APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS:

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), and the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA) if it is in force.
