    Amendment 001
    This amendment 001 is raised to revise the number of units at table 13 of the pricing schedule.
    
    
    Requirement
    To provide maintenance services on overhead doors, dock levelers and scissor lifts, including all necessary tools, services, materials and labour to execute the work required for the maintenance of the equipment. 
    
    This requirement is for Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) located at Canadian Research Council, Shirley’s Bay Complex at 3701 Carling Avenue, Ottawa, ON.  
    
    The period of any resulting Contract will be for a period of five (5) years.  
    
    Security requirement
    At Bid Closing.  The Contractor must, at all times during the performance of the Contract, hold a valid Facility Security Clearance at the level of SECRET, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).
    
    Mandatory Site Visit
    It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site.

    Basis of selection
    A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
