This amendment is raised to extend the bid closing date.

This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number EJ196-200735/A dated November 4, 2019 with a closing of December 30, 2019 at 2:00 pm. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.

Requirement
To provide maintenance services on Fire Protection and Life Safety System, including all necessary tools, services, materials, travel and labour on equipment in accordance with the Statement of Work attached herein as Annex A. This requirement is for Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) located at 1170 Algoma Road, Ottawa, Ontario.  
The period of any resulting Contract will be for a period of five (5) years.  

Security requirement
Before award of a contract: The Contractor must, at all times during the performance of the Contract, hold a valid Facility Security Clearance at the level of SITE ACCESS, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).

Mandatory Site Visit
It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Unless the Bidder or a representative attended the December 13, 2019 site visit. 

Basis of selection
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
