    Maintenance Services - Kingston Apartments Common Areas 
    
    Requirement
    To provide ongoing maintenance of the apartment blocks common areas, including grass cutting, snow and ice removal and control, cleaning, curbside recycling of flyers, etc. from common  areas, garbage/waste/debris collection, removal and disposal off site, including all necessary tools, services, materials, travel and labour on equipment in accordance with the Statement of Work attached herein as Annex A. This requirement is for Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) located at Canadian Forces Housing Agency HSC Kingston.
    
    Mandatory Site Visit  
    It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at 40 Lundy’s Lane, Kingston ON, K7K 5G3 on March 4th 2020. The site visit will begin at 11:15 am.
    
    Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority at stephanie.bellefeuille@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca no later than 2:00pm on February 27th 2020 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders should confirm in their bid that they have attended the site visit. Bidders who do not attend the mandatory site visit or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment and their bid will be declared non-responsive. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation 
    
    Period of the Contract
    The period of any resulting Contract will be for a period of two (2) years plus two (2) additional 1 year optional periods.  
    
    Security Requirement 
    No security required.
    
    Basis of Selection
    The Crown will issue a contract to the Bidder meeting all mandatory criteria and with the lowest evaluated price.
