Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning Maintenance (HVAC) - EJ196-220919/A To provide maintenance services on heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), commercial refrigeration and boiler equipment, including all necessary tools, services, materials, travel and labour on equipment in accordance with the Statement of Work attached herein as Annex A. This requirement is for Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) located at the following buildings in the National Capital Region (NCR). CFB Uplands: - Building:# 16, 16 Spitfire Prvt. - Building:# 337, 337 Breadner Prvt. - Building:# 346, 360 Canadair Prvt. - Building:# 347, 450 Croil Prvt. - Building:# 351, 2074 Alert Rd. - Building:# 465, 465 Slemon Prvt. - Building:# 469, 10 DeNiverville Prvt. - Building:# 471, 330 Croil Prvt. - Building:# 475, 300 Canadair Prvt. - Building:# 512, 265 DeNiverville Prvt. - Building:# 551, 425 Breadner Prvt. - Building:Hangar 14, 250 Croil Private - Building:Hangar 11, 190 Convair Prvt - Building:# 553, 704 Bluenose Prvt. - Building:# 554, 708 Bluenose Prvt. - Building:# 555, 720 Bluenose Prvt. - Air Cadet Trailer: 8 Clements Private The period of any resulting Contract will be for a period of five (5) years. This requirement is subject to the COVID-19 Vaccination Policy for Supplier Personnel. Failure to complete and provide the COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement Certification as part of the offer will render the offer non-responsive. There is a mandatory site visit associated with this requirement where personnel security screening is required prior to gaining access to PROTECTED information, assets or sites. Consult Part 2 - Bidder Instructions. Due to the nature of this requirement and in order to gain access to the site, it is MANDATORY that all interested bidders submit the Names (legal name) and birth dates of their representatives that will be attending the Mandatory Site Visit to the Contracting Authority email at Christine.Seguin@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca no later than March 7, 2022 at 13:00 pm EST. This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information. There are security requirements associated with this requirement. For additional information, consult Part 6 - Security, Financial and Other Requirements, and Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses. This procurement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP). Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process.
