PROJECT DESCRIPTION
To rehabilitate the full exterior envelope of the building
Work is to be completed within eighteen (18) months after contract award.

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement.  At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) Clearance. Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid. 

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  
All interested bidders are invited to a site visit on September 22, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at 93 Sparks Street, Ottawa, Ontario. 

Safety: Hard hat, safety boots, eye protection and reflective vests are required. There will be a 15 minute Health and Safety site orientation at the start of the visit.
