To contract the services of an integrated project/Lean Design and Constructionconsultant to design, implement and monitor a purpose-built project delivery model, which combines the principles of Lean Design & Construction andIntegrated Project Delivery (IPD) with Construction Manager (CM) delivery, in support of the Centre Block Rehabilitation project.

The period of the Contract is from date of Contract award to October 1, 2021 inclusive with options to extend the contract to 2029.

Aboriginal businesses are also invited to submit a tender against this requirement should you feel your Aboriginal business has capacity to do so; and The Government of Canada encouragesBiddersto consider approaches and measures such as those found in theProcurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business, which are designed to enhance the participation of Aboriginal businesses in a manner consistent with Government of Canada Contracting Policy.
