EW699-141369 - Air Monitoring Program - Giant Mine, Yellowknife,
Northwest Territories

Bidders are hereby informed that the requirements of the Tlicho
Land Claim and Self Government Agreement will apply to this
procurement. The benefits that apply are contained in: Chapter
26, the Tlicho Land Claim and Self Government Agreement, clauses
26.3, 26.3.1 (a).

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf
of Aboriginal and Northern Development Canada (AANDC), has a
requirement for Air Monitoring services in, and around, the
Giant Mine site in Yellowknife, NWT.  The period of the contract
is from date of award (approximately February 1, 2014) to
December 31, 2015, with six (6) additional option periods of
three (3) months each.

This Procurement contains Mandatory requirements. Failure to
comply will result in rejection of your bid.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).
