Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: Attachment: YES (MERX) Electronic Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: Yes Nature of Requirements: ETP Reaction Tank Replacement EW702-151706/A Teresa Olson Telephone: 204-230-4558 Facsimile: 204-983-7796 Email: teresa.olson@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada (AANDC), has a requirement for the procurement and installation of a new reaction train to replace the existing reaction Train A at the Giant Mine water treatment plant within Giant Mine in Yellowknife, NWT. The existing tanks are to be removed and new tanks are to be installed. Existing infrastructure is to be removed from the existing tanks and reused with the new tanks. The complete specification can be found fully described in the invitation to tender. An Optional Site Visit will be held January 19, 2015 at 10:00am. Bidders are hereby informed that the requirements of the Tlicho Land Claim and Self Government Agreement will apply to this procurement. The benefits that apply are contained in: Chapter 26, the Tlicho Land Claim and Self Government Agreement, clauses 26.3, 26.3.1 (a). Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
