Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of 
Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada (AANDC)has a 
requirement for environmental professional services from a qualified 
firm with the capability and expertise to successfully complete 
environmental services at Giant Mine and Yellowknife, NWT with respect 
to a comprehensive detailed quantitative human health risk assessment 
(DQHHRA) as outlined herein.  The period of the Contract is from date 
of award to 01 June 2017 inclusive.  Work shall be completed in 
accordance with the Statement of Work and terms and conditions 
specified herein.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on 
Internal Trade (AIT).

The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and/or 
services.

The requirements of the Tlicho Land Claims Agreement (TLCA) apply to 
this procurement. 

Firms intending to submit bids on this project should obtain bid

Firms that obtain bid documents from a source other than the official
