    Government of Canada is moving its Government Electronic
    Tendering Service from MERX to Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders on June
    1, 2013
    
    Starting June 1, 2013, federal government tenders (tender
    notices and bid solicitation documents) will be published and
    available free of charge on a Government of Canada Web site on
    Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders.
    
    The Government Electronic Tendering Service on
    Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders will be the sole authoritative source
    for Government of Canada tenders that are subject to trade
    agreements or subject to departmental policies that require
    public advertising of tenders.

    After June 1, 2013, all tenders and related documents and
    amendments will be on Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders.

    LONG WAVE TANK
    
    Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of
    Department of Fisheries and Oceans has a goods requirement for
    the provision of labour, material, transportation and delivery
    required to supply and install a 100ft wave tank at Bedford
    Institute of Oceanography, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia  in accordance
    with Annex A -Statement Of Requirement.
    
    Delivery Date- All the deliverables must be received on or
    before July 15, 2013
    
    Optional Site Visit
    It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
    Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for a
    tour of the work site. The site visit will be held on May 10,
    2013, at 3:00pm with location at Bedford Institute of
    Oceanography, 1 Challenger Drive, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia B2Y
    4A2. Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting
    Authority three days before the scheduled visit to confirm
    attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will
    attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance form.
    Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be
    given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded
    from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid
    solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as
    an amendment to the bid solicitation.
    
    Bidders are required to go to the main entrance (1 Challenger
    Drive) and sign in with the Commissionaires.
    
    INQUIRIES: All inquiries of a technical nature and all questions
    of a contractual nature are to be submitted to the Contracting
    Authority: Chukwudi Chinye, telephone (902) 496-5476, facsimile:
    (902) 496-5016, and email- chukwudi.chinye@pwgsc.gc.ca.
    Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no
    less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to
    allow sufficient time to respond.

    Agreement (NAFTA), the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), 
    Canada-Chile, Canada-Peru, and Canada-Culombia free trade
    agreements
