Tugboat Services

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of the Department of National Defence has a Task authorization contract to provide the Queens Harbour Master (QHM) with harbour tugs to be used to assist QHM with movement of Her Majesty’s Canadian (HMC) ships in Halifax harbour in accordance with Annex A-Statement of Work. 

IMPORTANT: This tender is part of Public Services and Procurement Canada’s initiative to submit bid submission files electronically using epost Connect. Interested bidders should refer to Part 2 of the solicitation document entitled Instructions to bidders/offerors/suppliers, as the case may be, for instructions on how to participate and submit their files electronically for this tender.

Period of this Task Authorization contract will be two(2) years plus an additional two (2),12 month option periods, if required.

This requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the World Trade Agreement on Government Procurement and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
