    ISO SURVEILLANCE AND AUDIT SERVICES
    
    The Department of Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement, on behalf of Department of National Defence (DND), to provide ISO 9001 and 14001 Registration and Certification audit services to Fleet Maintenance Facility Cape Scott (FMFCS) and Fleet Maintenance Facility Cape Breton (FMFCB) for a three (3) year period as follows:
    
    FMFCS
    - 2020 Surveillance Audit: ISO 9001:2015
    - 2021 Re-certification Audit: ISO 9001:2015 to be completed no later than 31 June 2021 
    - 2022 Surveillance Audit: ISO 9001:2015
    
    FMFCB
    - 2019 Surveillance Audit: ISO 9001:2015
    - 2020 Re-certification Audit: ISO 9001:2015 to be completed no later than 10 June 2020
    - 2021 Surveillance Audit: ISO 9001:2015
    
    The Department of National Defence may acquire the optional service as stated below as indicated in the Statement of Work Annex A herein. It will be at the discretion of the Project Authority to determine if the optional services will be required at any time during the contract period and to establish priorities in accordance with the project budget.

    - 2019, 2020 or 2021 Document Review and Initial Certification Audit: ISO 14001:2015
    - 2020 or 2021 Surveillance Audit: ISO 14001:2015
    
    FMFCS & FMFCB Options
    - Onsite Follow Up Audit Required to Close Nonconformities
    - Multisite Certification
