Nature of Requirements: 
The Department of Fisheries and Oceans has a requirement to purchase one (1) Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat (RHIB)  built in accordance with the Technical Statement of Requirement (TSOR) Annex “A”.  The deliverables must be delivered within 20 weeks of Contract award.
