Public Services and Procurement Canada, on behalf of Defence Research & Development Canada (DRDC) - Atlantic, has a requirement for 2 High Reliability Stratum 1 Network Time Servers. There is also a requirement for software & technical support services associated with the purchase of network time servers.  

This requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian goods and services. 

TRADE AGREEMENTS: The requirement is subject to the provisions under the 
Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

Delivery:  delivery of equipment must be received 3 months from award of Contract. There is only a software & technical support services requirement associated with this contract for a period of 12 months to begin at time of contract award. 

Basis of Selection: A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation, and Specifications defined in the Annex A, to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest price will be recommended for award of a contract.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
