Trade Agreement: NONE Tendering Procedures: The bidder must supply Canadian goods and/or services Attachment: None Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Rations & Quaters for Air Cadet PPS Program (15 Air Cadets & 3 Adult Supervisors) from June 26 to August 15, 2015 W0102-162960/A LeBlanc, JoAnne Telephone No. - (902) 496-5010 Fax No. - (902) 496-5016 Objective: The objective is to provide rations and quarters for fifteen (15) Air Cadets and three (3) adult supervisors in the immediate vicinity of the Moncton Flight College for the duration of the Power Pilot Scholarship (PPS) program. Background: The DND Air Cadet program provides the opportunity to train select Air Cadets in the skills to acquire a Transport Canada private pilot licence. One of DND's contract schools is the Moncton Flight College situated at 1719 Champlain Street, Dieppe, NB, E1A 7P5. The contractor shall provide accommodations for fifteen (15) cadets and three (3) adult supervisory staff. Rations to include breakfast, lunch, supper meals daily, an evening snack and box lunches if required. Meals are required as follows: June 26 to August 15, 2015 inclusive: Breakfast, lunch and supper for two (3) staff member for 51 days. June 28 to August 14, 2015 inclusive: Breakfast, lunch and supper for twelve (15) cadet students for 48 days. Duration: The period for this requirement is June 26 - August 15, 2015. Additionally, the option of extending individual rations and quarters for a one week period from August 16 to 22 Aug 2015 to accommodate any unforeseen delays in the training program. Basis of Selection: Madotory criteria Accommodations cannot be more than a twenty (20) minute commute from the Moncton Flight College, and must be in accordance with all of the specified amenities listed under the Mandatory Criteria detailed within the Solicitation document. A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all Mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive, identified under the Evalution Criteria in the Solicitation document. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. This procurement is limited to Canadian Content. The solicitation document contains complete details on the requirement and the bid evaluation and contractor selection methodology. This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in English. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
