Requirement:
Citizenship and Immigration Canada CPC-Sydney has a requirement
to purchase up to 10,500 rolls of 16mmx100' reference archive
media (microfilm) to microfilm retired Citizenship files for
archiving.
The length of the contract will be 3 years from date of contract
award.  The initial purchase will be for 1,300 rolls (placed at
contract award), with the following 5 options to purchase
additional quantities (within the 3 year period of the awarded
contract), as follows:

Initial purchase: 1,300 rolls (at contract award)
Option One:	1,840 rolls
Option Two:	1,840 rolls
Option Three:	1,840 rolls
Option Four:	1,840 rolls
Option Five:	1,840 rolls

Duration of Contract:
The period of the Contract is from the date of Contract award
for three (3) years.

Basis of selection:  
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation
to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest
evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
