Title:  Standing Offer: Enhancements, Analysis and Maintenance
of Software Tools for Analysis and Research (STAR)

Defence R&D Canada - Atlantic (DRDC Atlantic) require one (1)
Departmental Individual Standing Offer (DISO) for the provision
of software design and implementation, testing, and maintenance
services for the DRDC Atlantic suite of acoustic analysis tools
and associated software on an "as-and-when-requested" basis. 
System and software development, data analysis, and
documentation-related tasks will be performed.

The period for placing call-ups against the DISO will be from
the date of issuance of the DISO to 31 March 2016.

There is a Security Requirement associated with this requirement.

The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods
and/or services.

Offer evaluation will be based on point rated evaluation
criteria and price.  The responsive offer with the highest total
overall points will be recommended for issuance of a standing
offer.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
